The Education Coordinator talks to students and residents about recycling, litter prevention, landfills, and composting with worms. Binny the Recycling Bin is Chester County Solid Waste’s recycling mascot. Binny helps the Education Coordinator teach students about recycling and litter prevention and brings attention from the public during festivals and events. The Chester County Solid Waste Department also offers facility tours of the West TN Regional Recycling Hub and new classroom. These tours give visitors the chance to see first-hand the operations of the Recycling Hub.
